Thieves have targeted a town parking meter for the third time, stealing a total of more than £2,500 in five months.

The latest attack in Presteigne's High Street car park happened on Monday at about 03:00 BST when £1,000 was taken.

Thieves used a drill on the meter machine to access the cash box inside.
