Published: 11th May 2012 11:18:20
Several hundred homes and businesses in East Dunbartonshire and Glasgow were left without electricity on Friday morning after a power cut.
Scottish Power said a cable fault in the Killermont area had affected customers in the G20, G21, G22, G23, G61, G62, G63 and G64 postcodes.
The problem was reported at 09:40 and power was fully restored at 10:18.
Glasgow City Council had warned parents it may have to close schools at short notice if the problem continued.
