Firefighters have put out a blaze at an electricity substation in Belfast.

The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) received a report of the fire at Brae Hill in Ballysillan at about 15:30 BST on Wednesday.

The fire caused power cuts for 1,200 electricity customers, but NIE said supply has since been restored to all but 100 customers.

A police spokesman said it was thought these homes would "remain disconnected for the duration of the evening".
