Man arrested after Bangor stabbing

A 48-year-old man is in a stable condition after being stabbed in County Down.
The incident happened at about 02:40 BST on Sunday in Dufferin Avenue in Bangor. The victim received wounds to his arm, chest and ear.
A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of class B drugs.
Police have asked anyone with information to come forward.
