Police probe alleged rape near Cardonald library

Police are investigating a report that a 22-year-old woman was raped outside a library in Glasgow at the weekend.
A Strathclyde force spokeswoman said inquiries were continuing following an allegation of serious sexual assault in the Cardonald area at 00:10 on Sunday.
Officers sealed off council-run Cardonald library, in the city's Mosspark Drive, on Sunday.
Police have since been stood down from the scene and inquiries into the allegation are ongoing.
